One day, Nariyuki finds himself back at Mafuyu’s place when Nariyuki is walking by her apartment and she calls out to him. It turns out that she’d spotted a cockroach in her room. He goes inside and finds the place just as messy as it was during his last visit. Mafuyu won’t let Nariyuki leave until he finds and exterminates the roach, but then Rizu shows up for a food delivery.

Rizu gets the wrong idea about Nariyuki and Mafuyu’s relationship and becomes upset. In an attempt to get Rizu and Mafuyu to reconcile, Nariyuki proposes that they play Rizu’s favorite card game.
